**Strategic Account Manager - REMOTE - territory is nationally. The geographical preference is for the person to be located in or near Elgin, IL or Knoxville, TN. Travel is as needed but will need to be able to travel 60% throughout the year.

Responsibilities
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship with key account contacts
• Resolving key account issues and complaints quickly and with minimal interruption or irritation to client
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key account and internal teams
• Strategic account planning to improve sales results.
• Ensuring that all account needs and deliverables are met according to proposed timelines.
• Analyzing account data to provide development plan for improvement of all Strategic Accounts.
• Negotiating contracts with accounts and establishing a timeline of project completion
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Working with team members from multiple departments to ensure that all account needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize margins by up-selling and/or cross-selling.
• Planning and presenting progress to objectives on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with the client, internal team members, stakeholders, and use in future case studies or company training.
• Works closely with Strategic Account Team including Strategic Account Executive and Strategic Account Relationship Manager to develop and execute account plans.
• Responsible for retention and expansion within current accounts.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with multiple contacts within each assigned account. Consistently networks within accounts to cultivate new relationships.
• Anticipates and identifies account needs associated with specialty and document finishing.
• Brings insights, innovative ideas and delivers value to all clients. Strives to achieve trusted advisor status.
Pay: 160K - 200K + potential to earn quarterly and monthly bonuses
Points to consider before applying:
• Must be able to work very closely with Strategic Account Executive, and double-team issues with SAE and other key team members when they arise
• Humility is an essential trait for this position and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
• Nobelus has an almost fanatical approach to CX, and expects that Key Account Manager will embody the spirit of exceeding client expectations regularly
• Nobelus was built on face-to-face interaction and service to our clients; this requires a significant, but not excessive, amount of travel to serve Strategic Account needs and stay close to key contacts.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management.
• Proven direct Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-paced organization.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, and relevant field experience in the printing industry.
• Understanding of lamination solutions and document finishing strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced technological skills: experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on account contracts
• Proven results of delivering solutions and meeting sales goals
• Must provide strong customer endorsements.
• Travel up to 60%
