For its first ever property in the Pacific Northwest, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts debuts a luxurious property with more than 200 guest rooms, Grand and Junior Ballrooms, lobby bar, a gym, and a dedicated concierge team.


Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a luxurious setting? Do you have an eye for detail and organizational skills that set you apart? If so, we invite you to be a part of the Purchasing team at InterContinental Bellevue. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join us as a Storeroom Clerk.

As a Storeroom Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of our luxury hotel. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the hotel's inventory of supplies, ensuring optimal levels are maintained.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive deliveries, inspecting items for quality and accuracy, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient storeroom, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries using our designated systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their inventory needs and provide support. Connect with both outside vendors and internal team members.

What we need from you:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, vendors, and team members.
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred, but not required. 
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. 
  • The ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the hotel's operations.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to support other departments and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

 

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is $24.00/hour.
