Your Role

The Parts Technician Clerk ensures the accuracy of spare parts inventory, assists in the identification, sourcing, and procurement of spare parts, and acts as a point of contact for OEM and consumable parts vendors. Assists the maintenance manager and maintenance coordinator in the determination of stocking levels based on usage and criticality and staging of materials for planned work. Assist other technics team members with parts inquiries and job completion as required.

Your Responsibilities

• Assists the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator with ensuring that identified spare parts inventory is accurate.
• Assists the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator with the identification and procurement of required spare parts.
• Maintains storeroom and any satellite parts or tool storage locations in an orderly fashion.
• Maintains sufficient inventory of consumable goods utilized by the technics department.
• Performs required SAP updates for spare parts and equipment BOM’s.
• Assists Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator with the staging of parts required for planned work and overhauls.
• Assures maintenance personnel have the necessary equipment and supplies to perform required services. Assists Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator in identifying equipment or tooling needs and developing sourcing.
• Support roll-out, utilization, and enhancement of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module within the facility to include training team members as required.
• Support process improvement and lean manufacturing efforts throughout the facility as required.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Your Profile

• Minimum of experience (Maintenance or Reliability), preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience writing purchase orders.

Preferred Profile

• SAP experience
• Food and Beverage experience
• Previous experience as a Parts Technician

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 6 AM or 7 AM to 3 PM or 4 PM.
