Store Shift Lead/ Assistant Manager
Price Enterprises, Inc. is a veteran owned family business that has served Oahu residents for more than 30 years, with the latest venture being Hawaii's newest, most advanced and modern high-volume Express Car Washes. CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry opened in June 2018, and in January 2021 CarWash808 Express opened in the new Mokulani Development in Kapolei. Co-located with the Kapolei Site is a new Shell Station and new, modern full service Convenience Store named Pau Hana Express opened in May 2021.

Positions:Store Shift Lead/ Assistant Manager (Kapolei)
Store Hours of Operation: Seven Days per week, 5:00AM - 10:00PM
Full Time: 40-55 hrs. per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Proven leadership and managerial skills in a fast pace retail or operational environment will be the determining factor in filling this position. Excellent starting pay of $18 - $20/hour.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the c-store team.
• Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
• Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds. Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end
• Responsible forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
• Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
• Ensures that store is exceptionally clean, abundantly stocked, and well-organized, at all times.
