Pelican's of Fayetteville is hiring for their weekday opening shift! Guarenteed 20 hours a week. Required availability is Monday-Friday, 11:30-5. *Do not apply if you are not available during these times during the school year!*
*Again, please do NOT apply for this position if you are not able to work 11:30am-5pm Monday-Friday all throughout the year* - we have another position available for standard Crew Member's listed for high schoolers in school during that time, please apply there.
Starting pay is $11.00 per hour plus tips! Tips average out to about an extra $3-$4 an hour if you're bringing great customer service to every customer's experience :)

Pelican’s is hiring for the 2024 season, we are looking for energetic, responsible, hardworking, customer service oriented people to be apart of our amazing team! VERY competitive pay AND tips, and an extremely rewarding work environment!
Workplace professionalism, emotional maturity, customer service and a desire to make the customer's happy is a MUST. Must be hard working, and willing to move with a sense of urgency, comfortably working as part of a team that moves at a fast pace while keeping positive energy and teamwork at the forefront of how we work.
Must be able to work a minimum of at least 3 days a week, required to work 1 shift during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday) & a 2 shifts during the weekends (Friday-Sunday).
Each shift is typically about 5-6 hours. Cash tips are split at the end of each shift and card tips are split biweekly. Free SnoBalls are included as being an employee at Pelican’s!
