Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Bank and Store runs
Restaurant Management Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible based on restaurant business needs
- Hiring/Firing Employees
- Payroll and Scheduling
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- General knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred.
