Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or Store Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of catering, coffee, hotel, bartending, food production, or banquet operations is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
