Who You Are:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team at buybuyBABY. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, managing the store operations, and driving sales growth. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, creating a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping environment for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.
What You'll Do:- Recruit, train, and supervise team of sales associates.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing expert product knowledge and assistance.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement and uphold company customer service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge in baby goods.
- Other tasks as required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point of sale software.
- Ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate a team of employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a specialty baby goods store but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, and rotating weekends
- Morning, day, evening, and night shifts
