What you will do as a manager: As a manager, you'll be entrusted with the operation of your very own store. Your responsibilities encompass everything from recruiting and supervising associates to meeting financial targets and guaranteeing top-notch guest experiences. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Operations experience is a plus
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule (40 – 55 hrs), including weekends
- Food Safety: ServSafe Manager certified (Acquired at your expense)
