We’re looking for someone who can take responsibility for their store—someone who can “call the shots", own the store experience, and uphold our high food quality and hospitality standards. An idea person with a flair for merchandising who can also train employees and lead a team to greatness.

We are seeking a Store Manager who will take ownership of our flagship store and contribute to the rich retail history we have established in Portland. You will help develop new areas of business by showcasing our large variety of offerings via exciting promotions and events.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can:

• Inspire their team to provide an excellent experience for our customers and hold their team accountable.
• Train and set an example for the team of 45 employees.

• Uphold and motivate employees to provide the highest level of customer and food service.
• Guide a four-member leadership team to execute metric goals and areas of focus.
• Demonstrate a strong analytical understanding of profit and loss statements and budget.
• Meet and develop goals to control labor and inventory costs.
• Oversee maintenance of store equipment.
• Work with our marketing team to develop ideas for store promotions, campaigns and events to retain and bring in new customers.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience as a Store Manager.
• A deep love for all things food and beverage.
• A strong understanding of our customers.
• Experience successfully developing training plans.
• Proven sales results.
• A good grasp of employment law in Oregon.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Toast, ADP, 7shifts, Restaurant 365 (preferred)
