STORE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, and food ordering
- Report any technical problems to the provided IT help line
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Knowledge of the local market and ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a well-functioning store layout
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory and sales projections
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, checking labor percentages
Wages are based on hourly schedules. Health insurance will be available to those who maintain a full time position as well as go through a 60 day probationary period. Store managers must maintain a flexible schedule to ensure the store is properly supervised at all times from the management team.
