Store Manager/ Full Time Ee

We are seeking a Private Mailbox Store Manager/Assistant or Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mailbox store/UPS/FedEX Copier, retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Certified Notary Public (Or ability to acquire license)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
