Job Description
We are seeking a Private Mailbox Store Manager/Assistant or Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mailbox store/UPS/FedEX Copier, retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Certified Notary Public (Or ability to acquire license)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
