Backyard Bowls is a revolutionary eatery with a decade of success, specializing in acai bowls, hot porridges, grain bowls, and smoothies, and we are seeking a Location Manager to help lead our Santa Barbara, California café.

- Build a passionate, high-performing retail team, capable of operating without you
- Mentor a core group of store “Leads” to autonomously manage the retail team
- Maintain all aspects of the physical premises allowing smooth operation by the team
- Constantly work to refine process and procedures so that expectations are crystal clear
- Step in wherever needed, working shifts, serving bowls, supporting team improvement
- Ensure your location is the epitome of great hospitality toward our guests, and find new and creative ways to connect more deeply with our community
- Learn to drive exceptional financial performance through strong operational management, supreme organization and personal efficiency, quality control, and creative and beneficial local marketing initiatives

What We Hope You Bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience managing a retail food operation
- College degree a plus, but not required
- A great attitude that will be infectious
