Store Manager
We are looking for a Store Manager to work with our sales team in our Naples showroom. As our Store Manager, you will have the full responsibility to manage and motivate the sales team, while at the same time selling as well. And while ensuring a welcoming showroom for our customers, continue the growth of the showroom, hire when needed, and any other daily showroom needs.
Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home, locally owned and operated for over 66 years, is regarded as the premier flooring store in the Ft. Myers, Naples and Bonita Springs communities! We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Naples Showroom, where you will become an integral member of our family-friendly team.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturdays: Occasionally – 10am – 3pm

- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Manage customer complaints
- Manage the sales team on personal sales goals
- Manage, plan, and run store budget and promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree a plus
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience preferred
- Flooring experience a plus
- RFMS a plus
- Microsoft Office
- Measuring skills a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Develop new business
- Reliable, trustworthy and self-confident
- A passion for flooring and/or design
