Responsibilities:
- Phone Collections, in person collections, home visits
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement Lending strategies to drive profits and meet goals
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively
- Utilize retail management techniques to optimize store performance and enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting a positive example for the team
- Handle payroll responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage store budgets effectively to maximize profitability
