The purpose of "The Store" is to prevent waste, serve the public, and conduct a successful business that can help contribute to the Horry County Council on Aging, Home-Delivered Meal Program for homebound senior citizens.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will assist in day-to-day operations of a resale store, to help used items find a second life.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized and displayed

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Provide information and answer questions about items

- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, inside and out

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism

```Skills```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes

- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries

- Be able to lift up to 75-100 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.75 - $11.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
