Responsibilities

• Assist management with day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Represent the Company with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards customers and understanding their needs
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business
• Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones
• Maintain an understanding of current product and services offerings
• Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve and succeed within the local community

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, coupled with technical aptitude
• Self-motivated, team player with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating wireless equipment
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and address customer complaints or requests effectively
• Demonstrated dedication to providing exemplary customer service with a focus on honesty and integrity
• Background in retail sales is advantageous, but not required
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred, but not required
• Possess reliable transportation to work location, off-site trainings, and meetings
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Able to stand for extended periods to ensure optimal customer service
• Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds
• Successfully pass a nationwide background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
