Roles and Responsibilities
As a Stock Checker Supervisor, the external contractor will need to manage in-store checkers in their weekly activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Assigning In-store Checkers work for the week with guidance from the team.
· Provide visualizations, analyses and general reporting of stock checkers’ performances across a variety of Key Performance Metrics.
· Managing In-store Checkers throughout the day and validating their work, ensuring that they are completing their assigned shifts & aisles and do not face any roadblocks to their tasks.
· Tracking In-store Checkers attendance and enforcing our Attendance Guidelines to enable consistent operations as well as tracking In-store Checkers performance and reviewing weekly bonus eligibility.
· Acting as the central point of contact by maintaining open lines of communication between multiple stakeholders such as client’s employees (Operations, Engineering and Data Science teams), In-store Checkers and in-store personnel.
· Swiftly report any encountered issues, delays, or factors that could impact the product's performance.
· Troubleshooting and solving day-to-day situations that may arise with the In-store Checkers, such as item breakage, internet problems or device issues in a polite and constructive manner.
· Gathering continuous feedback from In-store checkers regarding the in-store experience and project. Additionally, propose process improvements based on findings.
Qualifications
· Experience working with inventory management is key to understanding the process and its nuances. Grocery inventory management is a plus.
· At least 2 years of prior experience in a supervisor role (people management) and creating a productive work environment where the team exceeded goals regularly.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet with strong analytical skills to help problem solve.
· Punctuality and reliability are essential to maintain the integrity of the testing process.
· Keen attention to detail to uphold data accuracy and ensure reporting reliability.
· Strong communication skills to work harmoniously with the Operations team and grocery store staff, as well as to manage In-store checkers.
· Autonomous and able to manage time-sensitive tasks independently.
· Ability to be on foot and walking throughout a shift to handle trips across the area of operation for problem solving and In-store checker interactions.
· Shopping experience with Instacart, Whole Foods or other grocery delivery platform and evidence of top performance (high ratings, number of orders completed, etc) is a plus.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
