As a Container Rental and Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay Range: 78K-90K+, depending on experience (includes 50K-55K+ Base Pay + Guaranteed Monthly Sales & Rental Commissions)
We are filling one position in either of the following locations:
  • Chehalis, WA
  • Modesto, CA
  • Pasco, CA
  • San Marcos, TX

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on container solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow-up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product.
  • Work closely and professionally with Sales Consultants to serve customers in each territory.
  • Follow up with customers/opportunities to minimize the risk of losing business.
  • Assist customers with logistical and technical questions related to container usage.
  • Coordinate container deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Sales and Business Development:
  • Build and maintain a strong Container Sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Active participation in Bi-Weekly Sales Meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize container rental and sales efforts.
  • Responsible for Container Leases and Sales for all customers, apart from key accounts and rental package add-ons in the defined territory.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Conduct prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc. Respond to all incoming leads daily.
  • Complete quotations through the lead qualification sheet, as needed.
  • Attend Weekly L10's for each branch to obtain their current delivery schedule and Stay-Connected on processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create sales strategy and continually strive to improve methods and share innovative ideas.
  • Stay updated on the latest container products, specifications, industry trends, and competitor pricing.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our container solutions and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in equipment rental and sales, or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
