Lead and guide the work and activities of Stockroom Clerks. This position is responsible of assigning and distributing work assignments inside the Stockroom to meet daily requirements or goals

- Supervises Stockroom staff and monitor their performance
- Responsible for the procurement of stockroom supplies, tools and equipment
- Supervise the inventory transactions and receiving operations of all materials going in and out of the Stockroom
- Resolve problems that arise in the normal course of the work
- Ensure that stockroom standard practices and procedures are followed
- Supervise the cycle count inventory for current and projected usage
- Maintain and generate reports for management tracking usage and measurement
- Assist personnel with difficult and unusual assignments that needs to be completed
- Encourage regular communication between staff and inform them of relevant issues that impact the organization
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code
Education:
- A High School Diploma is required.
- A two-year college degree (Associate’s degree) or Trade/Technical School is desired.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience.
- Position may be filled with both entry level and experienced candidates.
