Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain updated project cost, project metrics, and monitor costing infrastructure that correlates with project decisions, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
- Utilize company ERP-system to identify, locate, issue, and store material in various stock areas.
- Clearly label and store material in an orderly and accessible manner in stock locations.
- Identify and segregate allocated or customer-owned material from open stock into designated locations.
- Adhere to material handling and storage guidelines to reduce FOD, ESD, and damage.
- Maintain close security of the company’s assets, including equipment and inventory.
- Perform daily cycle counts to verify the ERP database against physical inventory counts and locations.
- Investigate count discrepancies between ERP database and physical inventory to correct errors. Identify root cause and provide solutions to reduce loss or waste.
- Review incoming material request forms for proper coding, quantities, and authorized approvals to release components to MFG, QA or ENG and update the ERP database.
- Prepare kits as released on Jobs to distribute to MFG, ENG or send out to a CM.
- Perform and confirm correctness of daily inventory-related transactions in ERP, Excel, or other database to communicate inventory levels to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Implement part counters, scales, tweezers to facilitate the counting of small components.
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, forklifts (optional) to transport large items.
- Return verified, unused material from MFG to stock per quality guidelines and update ERP database with related material transactions.
- Interact with IC manager and internal stakeholders to resolve MFG related issues by providing inventory-related information as requested.
- Consistently communicate material control challenges not readily captured at ERP data entry to stakeholders to ensure proper coordination efforts meet company goals.
- Check email, voicemail, or other communication tools daily and respond, as appropriate.
- Ensure workspace and stock areas are clean and orderly daily.
- Ensures company compliance in accordance with AS9100.

Minimum Requirements:*
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Internet Software, and Epicor.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Salary Range: $17.20 - $19.00 hour. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
