Stockroom Associate

A well-established company, that is a leading provider of industrial supplies, is looking for a storeroom attendant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with recent customer service experience in a warehouse environment!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

In this role, you will be doing cycle counts, inventory, using a scan gun, data entry and helping customers locate items. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional, clean and organized environment. 

This role will include some data entry to maintain up-to-date records, inventory levels, and schedules. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in warehouse and is looking to grow within a company.

Storeroom Attendant Job Duties:

• Unload, receive and put away incoming products, tools and/or equipment
• Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores items
• Assisting in inventory counts
• Issues product, goods, tools and/or equipment to site employees
• Any other assigned duties

Schedule:

• Day shift 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $17.00 an hour

Storeroom Attendant Requirements:

• 3+ months relevant work experience
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable with computers/basic math
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
• Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded
• Be open to learning how to operate equipment 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
