Stocking/Inventory Control Supervisor

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent computer and analytical skills.
• Ability to be certified on lift trucks.

Minimum Education: High school diploma required.

Minimum Experience: Three to five (3-5) years of supervisory experience.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor stocking, processing, and returns of products.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
• Produce and maintain employee, inventory, and picking reports.
• Ensure timely completion of product pull requests and adjustments.
• Oversee audits, rewarehousing, and returns processes.
• Coordinate staffing with other departments as needed.
• Monitor individual processors for accuracy and productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Walking and standing for 90% of the time.
• Occasional forklift operation (10% or less).
• Repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50lbs.
• Communication required in both phone and in-person settings.
