SalaryWe are seeking a full time Stocking & Unloading Associate to join our team.
Essential Functions:
-Required to work with a team closely to unload freight from daily trucks.
-Maintains inventory accuracy for the facility by binning and picking merchandize in the back stock rooms , in the freezers & coolers, as well as outside in trailers in all weather conditions ( IE excessive heat, extreme cold).
-Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise; removing damaged or out-of-date goods.
-Works with a team to bring pallets of merchandise out to be staged to be worked for the next shift.
-Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns; zoning the area
-Helps ensure the proper execution of the customer inventory flow process and the maintenance of backroom standards.
-Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer.
Physical Activities:
-Moves up and down a ladder
-Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
-Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
-Able to use a pallet jack
-Enters and locates information on electronic devices.
Hour Availability:
Must be able to work evening shifts. This position is full time 2pm until 11pm. Flexibility on the weekends and holidays are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
