```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, packaging products, and ensuring the shelves are properly stocked. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and attention to detail.

```Duties:```
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Organize and stock shelves with products according to company standards
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
- Perform inventory control activities, such as counting and restocking items
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Skills:```
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory control
- Proficient in loading and unloading merchandise safely
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and labeling
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly if bilingual in English and another language
- Knowledge of produce handling and storage is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
