Stocking Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is properly organized and stocked, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize products in designated areas
- Stock shelves and displays with products according to company standards
- Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and locate specific items
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate an RF scanner or willingness to learn
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
- Basic math skills for inventory control purposes

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
