Stocker & Backfiller - e-commerce clothing

We are a retail business selling women's clothing and accessories online (e-commerce).

We are currently looking to grow our warehouse team at our location in Auburn Hills, MI.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves / bins with merchandise
• Backfill inventory
• Assist with merchandise that comes into the warehouse and ensure that the merchandise is unloaded
• Inventory Checks - perform occasional inventory counts - stock and organize shelves, racks, and bins, etc.
• Dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a great work environment

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work quickly for an entire shift while on your feet
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (on occasion)
• Detail oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Employee will be working in a fully climate controlled facility that houses women's clothing and accessories. All products are accessible by reach or a step ladder.

Allergies: Employee may be exposed to fragrances (perfumes, candles, lotions, etc.) and various nuts (tree nuts, non-tree nuts, etc.), which may be hazardous to those individuals with certain fragrance and/or nut allergies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
