We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Stock Specialist for our community who will drive multiple facets of the business, from back of house to the sales floor. Through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven interactions with clients and team members, the Stock Specialist will ensure the ultimate customer experience while driving productivity through preparation and organization.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $17.00 to $19.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team with all back of house related functions including inventory, stock room maintenance, merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Organize stock room and ensure products can be easily located
  • Replenish merchandise on the product on the floor
  • Assist in inventory cycle counts, promotions, and transfers
  • Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
  • Oversee all incoming and outbound shipments

Requirements and Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience working in a stock role
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role including but not limited to lifting boxes, bending, standing for long periods of time, and climbing ladders
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts, weekend shifts and holidays
