RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and maintain food and beverage storage/preparation/cooking areas and equipment.
• Maintain proper sanitation of all dishwashing and pot washing areas and equipment.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silver.
• Scrapes food from soiled dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand. Runs glasses through dish machine twice.
• Removal of all trash from kitchen areas, operation of garbage disposal and trash compactor.
• Maintain control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventories.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to bend, twist, squat, reach and walk with ease.
• Stand constantly.
