Lifting up to 20lbs. Sitting for long periods of time.While there are physical, psychosocial and cognitive requirements of the position, the job duties can be accommodated for essential functions being completed in a variety of ways.

Job Summary:

Technical Support:
- Provide first-level Technical Support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
System Administration:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in system upgrades and installations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software configurations, and support procedures.
- Generate reports on support activities and system performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information and provide solutions.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions.
Training and Development:
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
