  • Support sales and grant writing efforts through brainstorming, data collection, and research activities.
  • Develop and facilitate inquiry-based, hands-on STEM programs to a variety of audiences through on-site and off-site programs and other activities for Pre-K to 12th-grade students.
  • Collaborate regularly with the STEM Education staff and broader Programs team to design, implement, and facilitate robust STEM learning experiences for schools, students, and organizations that support our mission and improve STEM-learning opportunities for youth.
  • Support the STEM Education team in the development, design, and piloting of new student-based STEM programs that align to standards, and model exemplary instructional practices for meaningful STEM Engagement.
  • Work with the Programs Management Team to design and provide internal professional learning opportunities for our Education team.
  • Work with the broader Programs team to ensure that all offerings, programs, and services support developing the skills and knowledge needed for individuals to be successful and all are created with a diversity of communities, cultures, and needs in mind.
  • Support and participate in state, and perhaps national, conferences/events focused on Professional Development and STEM-related topics highlighting Science Center programs and their benefits to the science and education communities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
