As a Bioinfromatics Intern, you will work closely with the Bioinformatics team to develop tools and generate visualizations to assist in the development of molecular diagnostics.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Under guidance of other team members, develop robust bioinformatics pipelines
• Work with the team to generate informative data visualizations
• Become familiar with standard bioinformatic tools

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Basic familiarity with Python including data structures and object oriented programming
• Ability to manipulate data in Python or similar scripting language
• Basic familiarity with Linux

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Familiraity with standard Bioinformatics tools and databases
• Basic understanding of PCR
