Statistical Background/Model Risk Management Consultant

Someone with some model risk management experience and then they plan to just plug them into their team. They did state that they did not want a Data engineer or Data scientist for this role. Needs to be more statistical. They are expecting some Python/R (they don't use SAS).
Rates are market.
