Job Description
- Assist the Assistant Director of Assessment with coordination, collection and preparation of artifacts for General Education Assessment.
- Decode and clean student assignments.
- Generate assessment data reports from student LMS.
- Process, clean, and validate the integrity of data for analysis.
- Provide support for UHD accreditation processes and procedures.
- Create folder structures in TEAM and assist with moving associated materials in the in the respective folders
- Translates data and reports into formats and presentations that are easily understood by a wide variety of audiences.
- Assist with identifying complex data patterns, trends in available information sources using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work across groups.
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong writing and communication skills
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution, preferably in statistics or a closely related field. Preferred Master’s degree in Statistics or related field.
Experience : Related experience in Assessment, Higher Education, or a College/University environment.
