Some common responsibilities of restaurant utilities include:
Dishwashing and Cleaning: Utilities are responsible for washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment. They may also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen are.
Trash and Recycling Management: Utilities help manage the disposal of trash and recycling, ensuring that waste is properly sorted and disposed of according to local regulations.
Stocking: Restocking kitchen supplies, such as condiments, napkins, and other essential items, is often part of their duties.
- Receiving: Receive deliveries of goods, verify, sort, stock and organize store rooms.
Support During Rush Hours: During busy times, utilities may assist in various areas to help manage the increased workload.

Requirements
