Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Prepare reports on store performance for management.
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures.
- Knowledge of the local market and trends in the industry.
- Experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
