Stage Manager

The general purpose of a Stage Manager is to ensure that game day, as well as select community events, run smoothly and all games, activities, special ceremonies, etc. are attended to, prepared, and executed to standard of VGK/HSK/VKH/G League.  The Stage Manager will work closely with many people and groups, including fans and celebrities, on every game night and must show professionalism and enthusiasm for the Vegas Golden Knights, Henderson Silver Knights, NBA G League Ignite and Vegas Knight Hawks.

General Functions:

• Ensure all TV timeout and intermission activations are properly executed by placing props, choosing contestants, blocking, and talking through with in-arena hosts
• Keeping inventory of giveaway items, crafty, and office materials
• Working closely with VGK, HSK, and VKH Cast (promo team, ice crew, hosts, DJs, mascots) on blocking, rehearsing, games, and other duties as they arise
• Running the march and plaza stage outside T-Mobile Arena and The Dollar Loan Center
• Keeping storage at T-Mobile Arena, The Dollar Loan Center and off-site storage organized and stocked with necessities
• Operating the "Battle Wagon"
• Managing the castle stage, Zamboni tunnel, main concourse, plaza, and other areas of T-Mobile Arena and The Dollar Loan Center
• Assisting in all other game day duties as they arise
• Working community appearances, watch parties, and other special events as they arise
• Assisting on video shoots, brainstorms, and office hours on non-game days
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for 5+ hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds

Experience:

• This is a part-time entry-level position
• An interest in sports and entertainment is preferred
