Based in Encinitas – this full time position includes a quality working environment with long serving team members in our beautiful Encinitas office. The successful candidate will enjoy company benefits including paid time off, health benefits and access to our 401k with a company match program. After 6 months of work potential to work form home 1 day per week.

Great working hours – 8am to 4:00 pm Mon-Thurs & 8am-3pm Friday's with potential for Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay is $23-25 per hour depending on experience.

Job Duties: Manage a schedule that is fluid – which requires excellent time management, the ability to multi task with accuracy, superior organizational skills, excellent typing and computer skills, the ability to write, read and speak English clearly, great interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, the dedication to work without being micro managed, ability to meet deadlines and to work in sometimes stressful situations. The Staffing Coordinator will also hire for the positions needed to cover the schedule.

The successful candidate must be a people person – likable, willing to help, willing to fit in with our great team! Previously scheduling/staffing experience is greatly recommended.

This position reports to the office manager, who started in the scheduler position, so you’ll have support and training from a pro. Must be flexible with schedule – while we anticipate a pretty set schedule, this position requires flexibility including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Must be willing to participate in a rotating on call schedule for which you are paid.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand for long periods of time, must be able to bend, lift, kneel, drive a car, help a client transfer, type, see a computer screen, use both hands to work on the computer, answer phones, ability to hear customers on the phone.
