About this position:
- Starting Rate: $17.89 hourly
- Location: Sanford (remote up to 2 days a week)
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week; 48 weeks/year
Educational Requirements & Experience:
- Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED or HSE equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful administrative/human resource assistant experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Proven experience in a position requiring confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail is important. Must enjoy servicing others and working in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Must not have an active record on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
Responsibilities:
- Works in collaboration with YCCAC's Human Resources department and Hiring Managers to post open positions, coordinate interviews, and support applicants through the hiring process, orientation and new staff training.
- Tracks inventory of office and classroom supplies according to federal regulations, and orders supplies for the office as needed.
- Reviews weekly payroll to ensure accuracy and timely approvals prior to submission to the YCCAC Fiscal Office; is the liaison between staff members and the Fiscal Office in regards to payroll matters.
- Enters necessary staffing data and uploads documentation into ChildPlus database.
- Processes payment vouchers, staff mileage vouchers and all Purchase Orders weekly through the Microix system.
- Provides Director and Assistant Director with Administrative support.
