STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Coordinator to join the team. Do you enjoy talking with potential candidates, conducting initial screens and coordinating interviews? Other duties include:
- Acting as Ambassador for the company, screening for and promoting our culture
- Assisting with human resource tasks as part of the HR team
- Promoting STS Aerospace externally through community events, sponsorship and outreach
- Participate in job fairs in person and remote
- Participates/assists in company functions and/or committees
- Coordinates employee engagement, wellness and recognition programs
- Uphold organizational values of Passion, Integrity, Respect, Ownership, Customer Focus & Ethics
- Has a professional and tactful approach when interacting with co-workers, customers and potential employees
- Be safety minded and follow all company policies, safety policies & procedures and practice safe work habits.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
