Staffing & Retention Coordinator

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Coordinator to join the team. Do you enjoy talking with potential candidates, conducting initial screens and coordinating interviews? Do you have a passion for assisting employees in their professional growth? **This may be the role for you!**

Other duties include:

• Acting as Ambassador for the company, screening for and promoting our culture
• Assisting with human resource tasks as part of the HR team
• Promoting STS Aerospace externally through community events, sponsorship and outreach
• Participate in job fairs in person and remote
• Participates/assists in company functions and/or committees
• Coordinates employee engagement, wellness and recognition programs
• Uphold organizational values of Passion, Integrity, Respect, Ownership, Customer Focus & Ethics
• Has a professional and tactful approach when interacting with co-workers, customers and potential employees
• Be safety minded and follow all company policies, safety policies & procedures and practice safe work habits.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
