Job Description
At Iuvo Systems we provide outsourced accounting, system configuration, new system implementation, consulting, training, and staffing (temp/perm) to Government Contractors. We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter to work in a full-time capacity assisting our various clients with their staffing needs.
As a Staffing Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle while also handling some general HR duties.
Responsibilities
Business Development (40%+ of time)
- Work closely with Marketing Director to develop business development tasks and strategies to generate new sales leads and meet targets.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and promote our staffing services.
- Build staffing relationships with potential clients.
- Build a pipeline of new sales leads.
- Review sales pipeline with management.
- Document client relationship and all activities in Salesforce.
- Attend industry-related conferences, expos and networking events as an attendee and/or as an exhibitor.
Recruiting (40%+ of time)
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Collaborates with internal staff to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the role and industry standards
- Owns the posting of job requisitions and advertisement processes (social media/applicant tracking system)
- Recruits via social media, networking, events, partnerships, etc to find and outreach to suitable candidates
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- Conducts pre-screening interviews via phone and/or Microsoft Teams video call
- Schedules interviews with appropriate team members
- Assists with the interview process by attending interviews with team and taking notes
- Collaborates with the hiring manager during the selection and offer process
- Prepares offer letters and facilitates negotiations
- Conducts reference checks and background screens
HR Duties (<20% of time)
- Function as company HR lead, providing front-line support to employees regarding onboarding and benefits
- Keeping track of documents, including employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave, and other employee data
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State agencies working with PEO (Paychex)
- Investigate innovative and improved benefits programs for employees
- Prepare and rollout companywide policies working closely with Management team

Proficient with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS related software
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (currently using ZipRecruiter, Paychex)
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Develops sourcing pipelines for difficult to staff positions
Education
Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting experience required
BS, MBA, as well as advanced degrees and certificates is a plus but not required
SHRM certification is a plus
Location
Hybrid work environment: remote work from home office and a few days a week in the corporate office in Greater Atlanta area.
Must have great internet and phone service for remote option.
Ability to work and be available during business hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern time zone.
