Staffing Recruiter

Overview:

Duties:

-Going out into the field for new staffing contracts
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and schedule interviews
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate profiles and applications
- Assist with various human resources tasks, including employee relations and performance management
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Assist with contract preparation and administration
- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
- Support the onboarding process for new hires

Skills:
- Strong cold calling skills to engage with potential candidates

- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong contract administration skills
