Immediately hiring Full-time Staffing Coordinator / HR Assistant
This is an in person hourly position with no hybrid or remote option.
Staff Scheduling experience in a 24 hour operation is strongly preferred.
Pay Rate $26.00

- Coordinate staff scheduling through On Shift App based electronic scheduling system
- Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
- Data entry support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year office/clerical experience including alphabetizing, filing, photocopying, record retention
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
- Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
