Staffing Coordinator

Physicians Accounting and Management specializes in managing privately owned medical practices across the state of Utah. We are looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to assist us with filling staffing needs of all of our clinics that we manage. Schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Position includes medical insurance, SIMPLE IRA and PTO. Compensation will be competitive.

Duties:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

- Assist with implementation for new hires

- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and department heads

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)

- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
