Lila Doyle Post Acute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring smooth operations within the staffing department. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities.
```Responsibilities```
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Manage candidate onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping using HR software such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts

- Proven experience in talent management or recruiting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- CNA experience is a plus
