Primary Accountabilities
- Maintain database accurately and completes all staffing/scheduling functions in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates good decision-making skills with follow-through in planning and implementing staffing adjustments.
- Documents and articulates clear, concise and accurate information related to staffing/scheduling issues, utilizing problem-solving and good decision-making skills.
- Obtains pertinent schedule/staffing data in an objective professional manner and enters that data accurately.
- Maintains competency documented via annual skills checklist, and demonstrates problem-solving skills related to software applications and hardware issues.
- Initiates and follows through with performance improvement techniques for staffing office operations and improved customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills for required Payroll functions; able to respond to customers with appropriate payroll adjustments as required for accurate payroll.
- Contributes to department operations by applying creative, cost-effective and resource-efficient methods.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills (40wpm).
- Basic personal computer hardware knowledge.
- Previous experience with basic computer applications.
- Telephone/fax skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm.
