Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team. As a member of our Staffing Agency, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities, we have flexible schedules to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare provider.

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

Qualifications:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license/certification in good standing.

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
