Your Team, Your Impact
Validation Team in the Connectivity Business Group specializes in data communication across networking, data centers, automotive, AI, and industrial sectors. Our primary emphasis is on Silicon Validation for advanced transceiver designs, with expertise in Ethernet PHY, high-speed Serdes, PCIe, and emerging technologies.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will participate in post-Silicon Validation, with a focus on electrical characterization, compliance verification.
Typical responsibilities consist of:
- Coordinate teams to create comprehensive validation plans.
- Design and develop system level hardware (evaluation board, demo board, FPGA system, etc.) to support validation.
- Develop automation to control lab instruments for functional validation, electrical characterization, performance analysis and application verification.
- Execute validation plan, analyze bench data and report issues.
- Create validation documents and deliver reports.
- Review industrial standards, propose test methodologies.
- Support analog, digital and DSP teams on performance improvement, feature enhancement and issue investigation
- Provide technical support to production, qualification and application engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience
- Strong fundamental knowledge in electrical engineering particularly in analog design
- Hands on experience with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Function Generator, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.
- Proficiency in programming language (Python, Matlab, TCL, Perl, C/C++, etc).
- Strong logic thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Team player with good communication skill.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
100,840 - 151,000, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
