SalaryTrinity Care Rx is a long term care pharmacy specializing in hospice care.
Pharmacist duties:
- Accurately prepare medications for final dispensing to patients.
- Accurately taking orders over the phone from our nurses.
- Review and check off medications filled in different types of packaging.
- Familiar with checking off infusion bags, infusion compounding knowledge and skills is a plus.
- Familiar with hospice meds, dosing and legal requirements and exemptions, hospice experience is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills, order entry skills and fast typing.
- Candidates must be accurate in their work, precise and fast.
- Candidate must have a flexible schedule and available to fill in additional shifts depending on business need.
