Salary```Duties``` - Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients according to prescription orders - Review and interpret medication orders for appropriateness and safety - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy - Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals - Monitor patient medication regimens for effectiveness, safety, and adherence - Perform medication reconciliation during transitions of care - Participate in medication therapy management programs - Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation ```Experience``` - Acute care pharmacy experience preferred - Experience in pediatrics, hospital pharmacy, or critical care is a plus - Completion of a pharmacy residency program is highly desirable Skills: - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology - Proficient in utilization management techniques to optimize medication use - Familiarity with medical terminology and abbreviations - Ability to provide pain management strategies for patients - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care to our patients.
